Blåmuggostdipp - en god dip til både kjøtt og grønnsaker
Denne dippen har deilig smak av blåmuggost og hvitløk!
Ingredienser

- 3 dl creme fraiche
- 150 gram blåmuggost
- 1 ts olivenolje
- 0,2 ts cayennepepper
- 1 fedd knust hvitløk
- 1 håndfull fersk persille
- 1 ts hvitvinseddik
- salt og pepper
Jeg pleier å servere denne gode sausen til spicy kyllingvinger, men passer ypperlig til kuttede grønnsaker også. Liker du blåmuggost kommer du til å elske denne dippen.

Dette er en enkel oppskrift. Skjær av skorpen til osten og del resten av osten i biter. Legg i en bolle sammen med de andre ingrediensene og bland godt sammen med en gaffel. La stå i kjøleskapet i minimum 30 minutter før servering.
