Honning og ingefær glaserte kyllinglår - Perfekt hverdagsmiddag!
Kylling, grønnsaker og saus i samme form.
Ingredienser
- 4 stk kyllinglår med skinn
- 4 stk gulrot
- 1 stk squash
- 2 dl kyllingkraft
Honning og ingefær glaze
- 2 ss honning
- 2 ss fishsauce
- 1 ss finrevet fersk ingefær
- 1 ss soyasaus
- 1 ts siracha chilisaus
Her hjemme er kylling en populær hverdagsmiddag! Kyllinglår er veldig godt og tåler litt mer temperatur og smaker bedre. Hvis de i tillegg har sprøtt deilig skinn med en honning og ingefærglaze smaker det fantastisk. Dette er en enkel rett som nesten lager seg selv. Kyllingen, grønnsakene og sausen lages i samme form. Eneste jeg lager i tillegg er litt ris.
Steg 1
Start med å finne frem en ildfast form og tilsett litt olivenolje i bunnen. Skjær opp gulrot og squash i tynne skiver og legg i formen.

Steg 4
Bruk en matpensel og pensle kyllinglårene med den gode glazen. Spar litt av glazen for de skal pensles 2 ganger.

Steg 5
Stek i ovnen på 200 grader i 25 minutter. Etter 25 minutter tar jeg ut kyllingen og påfører resten av glazen til kyllingen.

Steg 6
Skru på grillen og grill kyllingen i 2-5 minutter til den får en gylden og sprø overflate.
